1. About this policy
This policy explains how the Tamayuz marketing website (“the website”) handles the personal data of its visitors. The website is operated by Silverline Future Analytics, referred to in this policy as “we”.
This policy covers the website only: its pages, and the demo and proposal request form on it. It does not cover the Tamayuz subscription platform: the privacy terms for the platform will be provided with the subscription or in the written agreement with the organisation.
We are preparing this policy with the United Arab Emirates’ personal data protection law in mind. Its text is still subject to legal review.
2. When you browse the website
- The website is static: its pages are ready-made files, sent as they are, and it asks you for no personal data while you browse.
- It uses no cookies, and it stores nothing in your browser.
- It has no analytics, advertising or tracking, and no scripts, fonts or embedded content from anyone else: every file comes from the website’s own server.
Because the website uses no cookies, it does not ask you to accept any.
3. The data we collect
The only personal data the website collects is what you type into the demo or proposal request form:
- Your name.
- Your organisation and its sector.
- Your job title.
- Your work email.
- Your mobile number.
- What you are interested in, and the modules you choose.
- Your message, if you write one; it is optional.
- Your consent, given by ticking the consent box.
The form also sends the language of the page, so that the confirmation page appears in the same language.
4. Why we use it
We use this data for one purpose: to answer your request, and to arrange the demo or prepare the proposal you asked for. You send it with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending.
We do not use it for anything else:
- We do not add it to a marketing list.
- We do not use it to build a profile of you.
- We do not sell it.
- We do not share it with any third party for its own purposes.
5. What happens when you send a request
This is what happens to your request once you press “Send request”.
On the platform’s server
The platform’s server does not store your request in a database. It sends it as a single email to the team’s mailbox, through an email-sending provider, and then does not keep it.
Your IP address
To limit repeated submissions, the server keeps your connection’s IP address in memory only, for up to one hour. It is not written to disk.
Server logs
The server’s logs record a reference number for the request, or the reason it was refused — never your details.
In the team’s mailbox
The email then stays in the team’s mailbox, where we follow up your request.
6. How long we keep it
The platform’s server does not keep your request once it has sent it. The email in the team’s mailbox is kept for three months from the day it arrives, and is then deleted.
7. Where the data is processed
Neither the website nor the platform has been published yet.
The planned interim hosting is a cloud provider’s region in the European Union, which is outside the United Arab Emirates. A later move to a hosting region in the UAE is planned. We will update this section when the hosting changes.
8. Service providers
We use service providers to run the website and deliver requests: the hosting provider and the email-sending provider. They process the data on our behalf, as processors, and not for their own purposes.
9. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, or to correct or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent or object to its processing. To do any of these, write to us at: founder@silverlinefuture.com.
10. Changes to this policy
This is a draft, and its text will change after legal review and before the website is published. The version number and the last-updated date at the top of this page show which text you are reading.
