Three cloud subscription plans, and a separate offer for government entities that want the platform installed on their own infrastructure. The subscription is not open yet, prices will be announced once they are agreed, and none of them includes VAT.

Billing questions

Is there a trial?

Not yet. The cloud subscription is not open, and there is no self-service trial today. The plan is for the subscription to start with a trial whose length and terms are still to be set; until then, we can show you the platform in a demo.

How do upgrades and plan changes work?

The plan is that an organisation moves up or down between plans from inside the platform, where it also sees its plan and its usage against the limits. That is not built yet, how a change part-way through a term is charged has not been decided, and the subscription is not open.

What payment methods do you accept?

None yet: the subscription is not open. What is planned is card payment through a secure checkout page hosted by the payment provider, and payment by invoice or bank transfer for annual plans. The payment provider has not been chosen.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Once the subscription opens: the plan is tax invoices in Arabic and English that meet UAE VAT requirements, issued through the payment provider still to be chosen. The subscription is not open yet, and no invoice is issued today.
